Welcome to PinkifyDrops! 🌸 We’re a small, Japan-based business run with a lot of love and care. Every order is prepared through close teamwork between us and our trusted fulfillment service, which handles the packing and shipping process. We take care of your orders, updates, and customer service, while they make sure your items are securely packed and sent your way. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below — we’ve kept them clear and friendly so you know exactly how we work.


1. About Using Our Website

🎀 PinkifyDrops is run from Japan, and we’re so happy you’re here!

🎀 If you’re under 18, please make sure you have permission from a parent or guardian before placing an order.

🎀 We sometimes update these Terms to keep things fresh and clear — so it’s always a good idea to check back.


2. Products & Availability

🎀 We do our best to show accurate product details, but colors might look slightly different depending on your screen.

🎀 Stock can change quickly — if something sells out, we’ll let you know right away.


3. Pricing & Payment

🎀 All prices are originally in Japanese Yen (JPY).

🎀 At checkout, you can pay in your preferred currency and the payment will be processed in that currency.

🎀 Prices don’t include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees your country may charge.

🎀 Your bank or card company might also add currency conversion fees or taxes, which could make your final statement total slightly different from what you saw on our site.

🎀 Prices can change at any time, but we always aim to keep them fair and transparent.


4. Refund & Return Policy

🎀 Because we ship internationally through our fulfillment partner and work directly with Japan Post, we can’t accept returns or exchanges after your order has been shipped.

🎀 You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations aren’t possible if the order has already been shipped.

🎀 Refunds are possible only if:

The order hasn’t been delivered after the estimated delivery time and tracking confirms this.

We made a clear mistake (like sending the wrong item).

🎀 Refunds are not possible if:

The item has already been delivered.

The item was damaged during shipping (we pack with care, but can’t control how the courier handles it).

The address provided was incorrect.

🎀 For refund requests, we’ll need your order number, clear photos/videos, and any tracking proof.


5. Shipping Policy

🎀 Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment service in Japan, in partnership with Japan Post.

🎀 Shipping options include:

EMS (1–5 weeks) — Fastest, but often higher cost.

Airmail Small Package (2–8 weeks) — For packages up to 90cm total size.

Airmail International Parcel Post (2–8 weeks) — For bigger or multiple-item orders.

🎀 Free shipping for orders over ¥45,000 JPY.

🎀 Delivery time includes:

Order received

Handling time (3–5 days) by our fulfillment partner

Transit time (varies by country and shipping method)

🎀 We’ll send you a tracking number within 3–5 days after your order is placed.

🎀 Delays can happen due to holidays, customs checks, weather, or other factors outside our control.


6. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

🎀 Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or other import fees.

🎀 These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

🎀 We only cover charges inside Japan — any fees in your country will need to be paid by you.

🎀 Since every country is different, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about possible charges.


7. Delivery & Missed Deliveries

🎀 Once your order arrives in your country, your local postal service or courier will handle the final delivery.

🎀 Please check your tracking and respond quickly to any delivery notices or customs requests.

🎀 If you miss a delivery, your post office or courier will usually hold your package for a limited time — please collect it before the deadline to avoid it being returned or discarded.


8. Lost Packages

🎀 If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, let us know so we can open an investigation with the postal service.

🎀 If we don’t hear from you within 3 months of the shipping date, we’ll assume your package has been received.


9. Our Responsibility

🎀 We’re not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs, holidays, or postal services.

Damage caused during transit or customs inspection.

Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.


10. Governing Law

🎀 These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be handled in Japanese courts.
