📦 Shipping Policy

At PinkifyDrops, we ship directly from Japan using Japan Post Office services. Shipping prices depend on your area and country, and we mainly offer three types of shipment:

🚀 Our Shipping Methods

EMS (Express Mail Service)

Fastest option, usually 1 to 5 weeks.

May be more expensive but ideal for urgent orders.

Airmail Small Package

For packages with a total measurement of up to 90cm (length + width + height).

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 8 weeks.

Airmail International Parcel Post

For larger packages (multiple items or anything that won’t fit in a small package).

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 8 weeks.


🕒 Delivery Times

Delivery time is divided into three stages:

Order Received – We confirm your order.

Order Handling – We prepare and pack your items (usually 3–5 days).

Transit Time – Shipment delivery + arrival in your country.

Your order is 100% fulfilled once we send you a tracking number, which takes about 3–5 days after your order is placed.


🌏 Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for orders over ¥45,000 JPY.


⏳ Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, shipping may take longer due to:

National holidays (Japan or your country)

Customs inspections

Natural disasters or weather conditions

General postal delays

Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.


💰 Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and/or additional fees set by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

PinkifyDrops covers only domestic charges in Japan.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated costs before ordering.


📬 Delivery & Collection

Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service or designated courier will handle the final delivery.

To ensure smooth delivery:

Monitor your tracking regularly.

Respond to any delivery notices or customs requests.

Pick up your package from your post office or depot within their holding period.


🚪 Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, your courier or post office will leave a notification (card, email, or SMS) with instructions to:

Reschedule delivery, or

Collect your package from a local post office or depot.

Please follow these instructions promptly. Packages are usually held for a limited time before being returned or discarded.


❌ No Returns

As stated in our Refund & Return Policy, we do not accept returned items.


📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the postal service.

If we don’t hear from you within 3 months after the shipping date, we will assume your package has been received.
