At PinkifyDrops, we want every order to make you smile! 💌 However, since our products are shipped internationally directly from Japan, our shipping process is complex — which means we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

📦 Order Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

💳 Refunds

We may offer refunds only if all necessary evidence is provided and in the following situations:

Your order has not been received after the estimated delivery time, and tracking shows it was never delivered.

There is a proven issue on our side (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

Refunds are not available if:

The product has already been delivered to the address provided.

The product was damaged during transit — we carefully package all orders, but we are not responsible for damage caused by the courier or customs.

The product was lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

📷 Evidence Required for Refund Requests

Please provide:

Order number

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Any relevant proof from the courier/tracking information

🚫 Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for:

Damages caused by postal handling or customs inspection

Lost packages due to incorrect address details

Additional customs fees or charges in your country
